I am very satisfied with Jose's service. He is extremely knowlegdeable with particulary the Audi A4, and all years and types. Since I am an A4 owner, I would trust his knowledge as to any and "ALL" obstacles for this car. I was surely surprised with his precise information, driving standards, cosmetic repair tactics, internal turbo functionadvise, etc... He has done a terrific job, and again if you have an Audi, take it to Euro Tech on the Westside! Don't go to the dealer, he is actually better than them! I recently had an aftermarket exhaust installed on my B8 S4 at another shop, and much like Wruce B., I also experienced uneven exhaust tips which were much too close to the rear valence (I wonder if it's the same South Bay shop?!). The guys at Euro Tech Motors quickly went to work, and within 15 minutes, had repositioned the mufflers with the proper clearance. The mechanic even asked me to take a look at the car before they brought it down from the lift to ensure that I was happy with the fitment. The other shop never bothered to do this... I went to Artie to finalize any paperwork and asked what I owed. To my surprise, Artie stated that it would be free-of-charge! A big "thumbs up" for Jose, Artie, and the Euro Tech Motors team. I will definitely be back for any aftermarket parts installation/servicing needs!

I had a buzzing sound coming from the back of my car and it just didn't feel like it was running right. I didn't think it was much so I let it go for a few days. Finally I took my car in to Euro Tech. Jose diagnosed the problem as a broken rear wheel bearing and told me that I was lucky the problem hadn't gotten worse since I was driving around on it. The bearing was replaced the same day and my car felt so much more crisp when I got on the throttle. Thanks Jose! As so many have already said, Euro Tech is THE place to take your Porsche, Audi, or VW. The owner Jose is an excellent technician and a great person on top of that. When explaining maintenance or repairs he is very transparent and is happy to show you exactly what he's talking about. I've trusted my last car and current car to Jose for years now and don't go anywhere else unless I need specialty work. Thank you Jose and Artie for giving me piece of mind and honest prices.

I ordered lowering springs for my new Porsche. I called Euro Tech the afternoon they came in, and they told me I could bring the car in the next morning. They offered to give me a ride to work, but I already had someone meeting me there. I picked it up in the afternoon and was very pleased. They did a great job and were very friendly and happy to answer all my questions. I called a lot of shops around before coming here, and I made the right choice! Great to find a place that is knowledgeable and doesn't have to have a receptionist talk to their mechanics and call you back.

I actually stopped by Euro Tech a few months back after I purchased a preowned Boxster. I noticed the check engine light on, and Arty (referenced often in these posts) told me to bring it in. Jose (the main technician I think) took a look at the car and told me what he thought could be the problem even though the computer wasn't formally registering that I had a faulty purge valve. Jose reset the dash, and politely sent me along my way with no charge. Of course if it came on again, he could definitely confirm that it is in fact the purge valve. I was very happy to have spoken directly with the mechanic that looked at my car. Sure enough, last week I received the dreaded check engine light again, and on top of that I noticed a squawking sound every time I started the car for about 2 weeks or so. I called Arty, who promptly told me to bring it in. No appointment needed. Again Jose took a look at the car, and came back in within 10 minutes of me pulling up, and gave Arty the bad news. I was sitting right there on the couch, so I'm not sure why they didn't talk to me directly, but whatever, I was checking my blackberry. I was happy for the fast diagnosis. Verdict: faulty purge valve as originally suggested and I needed a brand new starter. Bummer. I agreed to the charges, which seemed reasonable given what I needed to have fix. Still it was hard to part with $1000 around the holidays, but like some other reviewers have stated...you know what you're getting into if you decide to buy a luxury vehicle. Labor is $100/hour, which is standard. Overall, Arty was a pleasure to work with...very clear, helpful, professional, and charming. The only thing that I didn't respond well to was his use of the word "about." So I think I just have to be more aggressive in pushing for firm figures. A nice associate named Johnny gave me a ride to and from the shop, which was helpful, and I'm sure I talked his ear off, but he was friendly. I felt like my car was in really good hands, and the next week when I needed a new gas cap...I happily called in, and Arty remembered who I was. He got me all set up within 10 minutes. I might test out another European auto shop on Yelp just to be sure that I'm with the right guys...but after one major repair, I'm really pleased with the overall experience.

Jose is the most knowledgable Audi Mechanic in LA! Prices are far more reasonable than anywhere else. Go see Jose at Eurotech.

Between my brother and I, we had 4 audis taken care of by Jose and Artie since the late 90s. They are very knowledgeable Audi/VWs mechanics and their prices were always very reasonable. I agree with Long T.'s review - Audi/VWs are relatively expensive car to maintain (especially S4, A8 certain model TT, etc.). I have a brand new Golf TDI now, but I plan on having the car serviced here when my warranty runs out.

Dont bother taking your car anywhere else. You will read that most german car enthusiasts are extremely picky about the parts and the mechanic used on their vehicles. The team at Euro Tech runs the best show in town with none of the pretense. They treat every car and customer as if they were their most important client, no bullshit. Truly, they understand the nature of referral business which is why they will service your vehicle on time and for the right price. They are great with aftermarket warranty companies too. Go see for yourself.

Being a Master VW/Audi tech myself and being as OCD as they come when it comes to my cars, there is no other place I would take my VW or Audi (when I don't have the time to do it myself). Jose & Ardy are great guys and always get the job done right!

First, I must say that I arrived at this place in my Honda while dropping off my boyfriend who was picking up his Audi A4 3.2 Quattro convertible. He found this place after getting several estimates from various Audi dealers that were definitely overpriced. He need all new brakes and rotors. They did a fantastic job, were super nice, and even washed the car. I am writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend but also for myself. I needed my passenger side mirror put on my car and happened to have it in my trunk the day I was at the shop. I simply asked for some nuts that fit on the mirror and the owner graciously asked if I wanted them to put it on for me. They put it on for me and were super nice and friendly the whole time. The people at this place are not only extremely knowledgeable about Audis and everything that goes in them but they are also nice and friendly....this is a rare combo these days! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has an Audi. Look for their Audis driving around with the Audi Dr. decals!
