Jose is a gentleman and a very honest person. I had a problem on my VW bug. Serious problem because I lost pressure and the car was barely able to move. So you get I was pretty much concerned about the situation. I just dropped there, desperate, and even they were very busy they found a way to check the car immediately. I guess everybody is going there because of all of those stellar reviews on yelp, and there's a reason for that. They are gentle, willing, and the know exactly what they are doing. So they plugged the computer in the car and found the problem instantly. The part they needed was ordered right away and by the end of the morning they were able to start fixing the car. I received a call at 3.00 pm and Jose said that everything was good and he had good news for me. So I come back to the shop and the car was ready. And the bill was only 260$! Not only: they inspected the car founding other few details that needed to be fixed and they gave me advices how to maintain the car in the best way to get it running well. Jose showed me some pictures he took with the iphone, apologizing because he said he was not a so good photographer, and he showed me the other problem I had. They just fixed the car, in the way I wanted and in the minimum amount of time possible. Always with a smile on their face and trying to do the best for their customers. If you need help with your German car or just need a tune up, go there. You'll see other people coming because they are very professional and willing. One funny thing: they forgot to put the plastic cover back on the engine. Sometimes happens. So this morning I came back and I said that, and the reaction was warm and professional. Of course they apologized. Jose said that it was embarrassing, but actually it was not at all. They work on a number of cars, from Audi to VW and more, they serve dozens of customers each day and sometimes something like that just happens. A good reason to go back this morning ad just say thanks for being so willing and accurate in taking care of your car. Jose will be my mechanics for the rest of my life. Period.
