These have got to be the nicest and most understanding car people around. They're not just mechanics, they care about your car and know what's really wrong--not just what the manual says to check. My Boxster isn't brand new but they gave it the same care as the brand new 911 sitting on their lift. I just needed a quick job done but I'll be coming back for all my other Porsche needs. Thanks!

I have taken all my Porsches here for years. Awesome service, great staff. Jose is the best hands down.

Carlos and William are great and their team is the real deal! I was originally quoted about $1000+ for my Audi Q5 3.0TDI at the Stealership. Called these guys up and they got me a next-day appointment with all-inclusive Audi routine maintenance for half of what the dealership wanted. Included Adblue top-off for an all in cost of about $500. Will definitely come back here again. Car runs great. Gave insightful recommendations on tread life, brake life, and when I should expect to replace my tires/brakes. Performed all work in under 2-3 hours. Thanks Euro-Tech

I had a very good experience here. They are amazing. Honest and competitively priced. Such a better experience than the Mercedes dealership. Definitely recommend them

The only place on the Westside to bring your out-of-warranty Audi, hands down. Originally heard of this place through a technician at Audi Beverly Hills. Euro Tech serviced my car under an extended warranty and did amazing and quick work over 3 years. Very skilled at dealing with the insurance companies. Their labor rates are about half of what you'll pay at an Audi dealership. My car eventually came out of warranty and was facing major repairs. Jose was so honest, he advised that I NOT do the work (which would have benefitted him) since it wouldn't have been economical given the age of the car. I traded in the car instead. Jose is as good as it gets in this business.

I've been going Euro-Tech for years now. The owner is honest, extremely knownegable and has offered me fantastic service everytime I've been in. The staff here are friendly and work fast, I can't recommend this place enough if you are searching for a good, honest mechanic at a good price.

Euro tech is a great auto shop, especially for those who have an Audi! Jose and his team are amazing and provide great service. Made an appointment the day before and my car was ready within two hours. Great service for half the price than an Audi dealer.

I love this shop. They have worked on my car for years, and always do great work. They're kind, they work fast, and the work is well done. They also take the time to explain what's wrong, and what needs to be done. What may be more important is that they make you feel like family. There's something - personal, about how they treat you. They also are great on the details, like washing your car when you get work done. When I took my car in for an oil change, I was chatting with the owner outside. When I opened my car door, he heard it squeak. He stopped me, checked out the door, and then went and got a can of silicone spray. He sprayed ALL the doors. And the spray he uses is an environmentally friendly one from Germany. I always leave this shop with a smile, which is a rare thing when leaving a mechanic.

I've been coming here for the 7 years my car has been out of warranty. These guys are great - they do good work and keep it honest. It's never fun to pay to get your car fixed, but they do it right.

I'm not only happy this place is 3 blocks from my house, so if I have to bring my car in, I can walk home, which unfortunately I had to do. I ain't gonna lie, my car should had gone in for service 3 months ago when the service due light keeps beeping every time you get in my car. But, when your Audi car dealership in Santa Monica tells you it's going to be $2,000 for the service.. I said, you guys can go FK yourself, so I took it here and they gave me a lower quote, which I still was hesitant due to it being right before Christmas. Needless to say.. this week as I'm in bumper to bumper traffic heading to work, my car decided to do a shake, rattle and was ready to roll!! Freaked out, had to finally get it towed here. Not only did they tell me the problem, ignition coil, they did bring up the dreaded 55,000 service due.. I said, ok, the final cost was $700,00, which was wayyyyyyyy cheaper than my dealership. Done in one day, got my afternoon walk to get there, they cleaned my car inside and out and the car is running smooth. I love how the guys say " see ya soon" My response " I hope not!" These guys are the best!!!!! When your hubby is gone for 3 months and his Audi Q7 is only driven once a week to the other side of the street for street cleaning, well.. the battery will die. Had to cal AAA twice, the first time the dude says I have to change the battery motherload, basically where the battery runs through to get its power. I was freakin our since I was thinking how much is this gonna cost? I lost my job and hubby was gone. So, when I called Jose, he not only came to my house with a battery to stay the car to drive back to the shop. He said, If we do need to change the part, it's gonna be about $500!! but he said, I'll take a look before I order the part from SM dealership. Needless to say, he leaves me a voice message and says, battery is fine and you have to drive this car more than 5 minutes and it's ready for pick up!! He could of lied and said it was that part and charged me. I couldn't be more happy, since I wasn't planning to tell my husband. I was able to pick up the car and it runs perfectly! These guys are honest. I'm not only happy this place is 3 blocks from my house, so if I have to bring my car in, I can walk home, which unfortunately I had to do.
