You know what's funny? I had such a good experience at Eurotech that I thought, "Hey, I've GOT to go yelp this guy. And I'm going to give him FIVE stars. That'll bring up his rating there." And then I get to yelp and it's ALL five star ratings already. Well for the record, they really are that good. To add another glowing review to the pile, I went there after my dealer said my squeaky brakes might need replacing. This after they installed said brakes less than four months ago. I go to Eurotech to ask them to take a look and hopefully give me a better price on the new pads. Jose and pals squeeze me in first thing in the morning. I go to Tito's Tacos, have an enchilada, and wait for the inevitable "Well this is the cost" call. And then I get the call. The dealer is a moron, the brakes are fine and I can come pick up the car anytime. I pick up the car and they've not only checked the brakes thoroughly, they've cleaned a wiper nozzle and replaced a brake light. And when I whip out the wallet... "It's fine. No charge. See you next time." You're damn right they will. Now THAT is how you build total customer loyalty. Kindness, thoroughness and quality. Five stars. I'd give six if I could.
